What is the quality of your cards like?

  • Professionally printed with high quality inks on thick, premium card (300 gsm)
  • 5x7"
  • Comes with a matching envelope

What's printed inside the card?

  • All of our cards come blank for you to write your own message
  • If you prefer, we can handwrite your message for you and send it direct to you recipient (please select this option at check out)

How are your cards packaged?

  • We send our cards in a rigid board backed envelope to protect your order
  • Each card is sent with a matching envelope in cellophane wrapping for further protection
  • Large orders of 10+ cards are sent with their matching envelopes and individually wrapped in cellophane, in a cardboard box with recycled bubble wrap for protection

When will my order be dispatched & delivered?

  • Orders will be dispatched within 1 business day
  • Delivery times are dependant on the shipping option you choose (see below)
  • Please be aware that these are shipping estimates and your order may be delayed due to seasonal circumstances

Can I track my order?

If you have chosen a tracked shipping option, the tracking information will be in your confirmation email

I need my card for a specific date/event?

  • Please make sure to ORDER EARLY to avoid disappointment
  • We always aim to dispatch within one business day, however delays with the postal system can occur and are unfortunately out of our control
  • Choose an upgraded/tracked shipping option at check out to ensure your order gets to you quickly

My Order

Where is my order?

  • Please check your tracking link if you've purchased this option
  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated shipping time, please get in touch and we will do our best to help!
  • Unfortunately delays can occur with Royal Mail (especially during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, etc.) and they are out of our control. The majority of the time, orders will arrive in a timely fashion, but please be patient if your order takes a bit longer than usual! Items are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 10 working days past when they were due to be delivered.

I've accidentally entered the wrong delivery address?

  • Not a problem! Get in touch to let us know and we will change the delivery details
  • If your item has already been dispatched, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information being given on an order.  If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail for non-delivery, we will get in contact to let you know we've received it and to refund the cost of the item, minus postage costs. Another card will need to be purchased to be sent to the correct address.

Can you send a card direct to my recipient?

  • Of course! Just enter their name and address as the delivery address at check out.
  • We will neatly hand write your chosen message and send your card to them.

My order was not as expected?

While every order is carefully inspected and hand packed at the Bonne Nouvelle studio, if you find that your item is defective, damaged or somehow incorrect, please email us at hello@bonnenouvelle.uk and we will get it sorted for you ASAP.
